The league needs your help!!
The purpose of our league is to teach the fundamentals of playing tackle football in a competitive enviornment so that the kids in our community can take the next step. Our league can not exist without quality volunteers and giving sponsors. You can volunteer to be a head coach or an assistant coach but we will also need volunteers for game day operations such as parking, concessions, public announcer, etc. Also, we are accepting used football equipment donations (shoes, shoulder pads, etc.) If you have out grown your cleats and/or shoulder pads then why not let someone else get some good use out of them!! Finally, we need sponsors!! There are so many kids in our community that want to play but simply can't afford to play. We are asking our community to step up and to help give these kids a chance to learn some life lessons through playing tackle football. We have several sponsorship packages (please visit the sponsors page on our website) for you to choose. Please contact Mike Jones at (615) 260-8344 if you have questions. A special thanks goes out to Wilson Bank and Trust, Rose Tire and Gridiron Construction for their generous support.
Are You Ready To Play? Please make sure you have the following items:
- Each player must have a copy of their birth certificate on file with the league.
- Each player will need to provide their own shoulder pads, game pants and cleats.
- Each player is required to have a blue color mouthpiece that will attatch to their helmet.
- Please make sure that your child has plenty of water to drink for games and practice.
Registration refunds will only be given if requested in writing to our Treasurer. You may bring your written request. No refunds will be given after August 7th, 2010.
